Space-time metasurface developed by the scientists: Reflects light in one direction

Scientists in Washington DC have developed a metasurface, a unique concept. The development is an optical metasurface with which both time and space modulations is intentionally imposed on the light which is reflected, which leads to the different paths for the purpose of backward and forward lighting propagation. This is the first kind of optical which has controllable time-varying and super fast property.
