"Indian base on the moon in 10 years": Scientist leading the BrahMos Project
A former scientist of DRDO said that India will soon have a base on the moon in 10 years to extract helium-3. A Sivathanu Pillai proudly said on DD that In the space program, India is one of the four countries which has completed mastery over technology. As per him Helium 3 is the new energy material for the future. He also declared that India will be a hub for future launches for missions to other planets.
