Scientists have developed a novel test method to estimate the levels of anti-malarial drug hydroxychloroquine in rheumatic disease patients. The study published proposes the test method will be useful in the treatment of coronavirus. this method is based on high-resolution mass spectrometry. The researchers first found the measurement results on whole blood, plasma and serum were not agreeable with each other.
