Officials warned by Army against 150 fake social media profiles

As per the sources, the Army has cautioned its officials against 150 fake social media profiles. These are primarily used by adversaries for extracting sensitive information. This vital information has been shared by and conveyed to the Army personnel through its directorates and commands. These fake profiles on social media platforms mostly trap and target Army personnel, their families and even retired Army personnel.
