MX Player, Zomato, Meesho, others among top downloaded apps globally in 2022

Several Indian apps like MX Player, Zomato, Swiggy, Flipkart, Meesho, and PhonePe were among the most downloaded apps in the world in 2022, according to a recent report by analytics firm Data.ai, formerly known as App Annie. Times Internet-owned video-streaming platform MX Player was the third most downloaded video-streaming app in the world, according to Data.ai’s ‘State of Mobile 2023’ report.
