Mobile internet speed hits new low in India

India’s rankings in Ookla’s Speedtest Global index slipped for April 2019, dragging the ranking down to 121 from 120 in the previous month. Ookla is known for its Speedtest app and website ranking countries based on mobile internet speeds. India has seen a steady slide in rankings for mobile internet speeds over the past few months. The upload speeds on mobile internet are even worse with an average at 4.20 Mbps.
