Lawsuit filed against Facebook for age, gender bias in financial services ads

A lawsuit was filed against social media giant Facebook on Thursday, accusing the firm of letting ad targeting tools be used to exclude women and older people from offers regarding loans, investments and other financial services. The lawsuit was filed by 2 lawsuits at the San Francisco federal court on behalf of a 54-year-old woman living in Washington. Facebook said it is reviewing the complaint.
