Attacking rival Facebook, who blamed Apple's operating system for the hacking of Amazon CEO's phone, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov claimed that 'Had Jeff Bezos relied on Telegram instead of WhatsApp, he wouldn't have been blackmailed by people who compromised his communications.' He also claimed that WhatsApp is full of malicious backdoor bugs. Reportedly, Bezos's iPhone was hacked after he received a video file via WhatsApp.
