Huawei has urged Federal Communications Commission to stop labeling the Chinese telecom giant as a US national security risk as it claims the effort is unlawful and misguided. Back in November the FCC had agreed to stop rural carriers in US from using federal subsidies to buy equipment from Huawei as it allegedly stands a national security threat. Huawei filed a lawsuit in December calling the move unconstitutional.
