It is hot, hotter, hottest in France too! Mercury hit dangerously high temperatures 45°C in Carpentras and Vaucluse in France after over a decade. Last, France witnessed 44.1°C in Vaucluse in 2003. The French Interior Ministry had warned that 4 state departments set to experience the highest danger levels as temperatures 44.3° C. French authorities had urged the people to be cautious in view of scorching weather conditions.
