A picture of the first-ever supermassive black hole captured on a camera last year has been released by the Event Horizon Telescope. However, it is actually a picture of the shadow of the black hole named M87*, located 54 million light-years away from the earth. The data collected from the project studying the black hole for over a decade reveals that the size of the shadow has not changed, but keeps on wobbling.
