Facebook sues a techie over fake news on COVID-19 & for violating company policy

Social media giant Facebook has sued an Indian-American techie, Basant Gajjar, who has violated the companies policies on COVID-19. The techie had provided ad-cloaking software to push fake news over coronavirus, cryptocurrency, pharmaceuticals, diet pills and fake news pages on FB and Instagram. He was operating under the name 'LeadCloak'. He also targeted companies like Google, Oath, Wordpress, Shopify, etc.
