Facebook rolls out a chatbot to handle uncomfortable questions from friends & family

According to a report, Facebook rolled out a chatbot just before Thanksgiving, to advise employees on how to handle uncomfortable questions about the company from family and friends. The answers that chatbot 'Liam Bot' gives were collated by the Facebook public relations department and often has links to FB blog posts or news releases. Given the recent scandals, there are plenty of topics that the bot needs an answer for.
