Facebook bucks 'dark mode' trend with all-white interface

'Dark modes' are all the rage in 2019, with every app and operating system implementing the battery-saving feature. Despite its popular Messenger app receiving a dark mode update, Facebook itself is testing an all-white version of its Android app. The refreshed interface drops the iconic blue accents that have been synonymous with Facebook, replacing them with a much simpler, completely white color scheme.
