Facebook and Google extend work from home to year end

Facebook and Google have let their employees continue working from home for the rest of the year. The tech giants will reopen offices soon but are willing to allow employees more home working flexibility. Google had earlier said it would keep the work from home policy until June 1 but is now extending for seven more months. Facebook will reopen its offices on 6 July as coronavirus lockdowns are gradually lifted.
