On October nine, Earth witnessed an unusual hit by a long-lasting pulse. The radiation that hit Earth is said to be from the black hole named Gamma Ray Burst, which is believed to have been 1.9 billion years old. Astronomers believed that this explosion had happened closer to us and lasted about 10 hours. This puls, which was travelling at the speed of light, nearly took 1.9 billion years to reach Earth.
