China will not accept US theft of Chinese technology: Officials over Microsoft plan to buy TikTok

According to Chinese media, officials in China slammed US for pushing ByteDance to sell TikTok's US operations to Microsoft and claimed that China will not accept the theft of a Chinese technology company. US has been vocal against TikTok ever since President Trump called the app a threat to the national security. Meanwhile, TikTok has also been criticised by Indian govt and has been banned in India along with other Chinese apps.
