Chandrayaan-3 mission begins 'orbit circularisation' phase

Chandrayaan-3 takes another major step toward the Moon. The mission has now commenced the 'orbit cirularisation' phase, said the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). Today, the space agency successfully formed a maneuver on the spacecraft, placing it in a "near-circular orbit of 150km x 177km." The next operation is scheduled for August 16, which will see the mission entering a 100km circular lunar orbit.
