Breather for Facebook India’s Ajit Mohan as SC orders against coercive action

In a relief for Facebook India’s vice president Ajit Mohan, the Supreme Court on Wednesday ordered Delhi assembly’s peace committee not to take coercive action against the social media giant’s top executive in India. According to report, Supreme Court issued notices to the Delhi Assembly secretary on a plea by Mohan, who asked the Apex Court to stop the Delhi Assembly from summoning him.
