Black employees accuse Facebook of racism, company issues apology

Some Black employees accused Facebook of racism in multiple social media posts. The anonymous post read as, "We are treated every day through the micro and macro aggressions as if we do not belong here. On the inside, we are sad. Angry. Oppressed. Depressed." Facebook issued an apology, reacting to the posts. "We are sorry. It goes against everything that we stand for as a company. We're working hard to do better," Facebook said.
