Asia's largest solar plant with 750 MW capacity inaugurated by PM Modi in Rewa, MP

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today inaugurated Asia’s largest solar power plant in Madhya Pradesh’s Rewa district, proving his commitment to reducing carbon emission by the country. The solar plant is said to reduce emission equivalent to approximately 15 lakh tonne of carbon dioxide every year. It has been developed on 1,590 hectares of land in Gurh tehsil of Rewa district and will have three units of 250 MW each.
