Apple sells iPhone 12 for Rs 80,000, materials cost Apple just Rs. 30,000

Japanese teardown firm Fomalhaut Techno Solutions has made an explosive revelation regarding the manufacturing and price of iPhone 12. According to the report, the actual cost of making an iPhone is nearly Rs. 30,000 with the most expensive part being the Qualcomm X50 5G modem, used for providing 5G connectivity that costs around $90. Apple sells the phone for $999 in the US and Rs 1,19,900 in India.
