Apple introduces eye-tracking system with in-built camera

In a bid to up the competition with top key firms, tech giant Apple has unveiled several wearable devices. The newest addition to the list of wearables by Apple is an eye-tracking system that also includes a camera. The patent device is titled “Method and Device for Eye Tracking Using Event Camera Data." The device "includes an eye-tracking system that determines a gaze direction of a user of the head-mounted device," Apple said.
