Amazon Prime Video launches movie rental service in India; plans to launch 40 new titles

Amazon Prime Video has launched a transactional video-on-demand (TVOD) movie rental service in India. The OTT platform revealed its latest addition at its first ‘Prime Video Presents India’ event in Mumbai. The newly launched TVOD Service will enable early rental access to latest Indian and International movies. Along with that, it will also offer a catalogue of popular movies from around the world on a transactional (per-movie) basis.
