Adobe buys 3D sculpting platform Oculus Medium

Adobe is buying Oculus Medium, a virtual reality authoring tool born from Facebook's Oculus division, in a bid to build up its VR strategy. The company will use Medium to build out a portfolio of VR, 3D and immersive design services for creative professionals. "Medium has been a beacon of creativity in the VR space and the integration of its tools will greatly contribute to our 3D and immersive strategy," Adobe said.
