A US court allows Microsoft to have control of 99 hacking sites

A US court has allowed Microsoft to have control of 99 websites which were used by an Iranian group for hacking purposes. The court approved Microsoft’s Digital Crimes Unit to deal with the websites belonging to the group 'Phosphorus' in order to block them from carrying out cyber attacks. The Vice President of Microsoft, Tom Burt said that the firm has been tracking the Phosphorus since 2013.
