50-year-old science problem solved by Artificial Intelligence

Researchers at Google have claimed to solve a 50-year-old problem with the help of Artificial Intelligence. Google’s Deepmind has created an artificially intelligent program called “AlphaFold” that is capable of solving problems within days. Deepmind was successful in interpreting and computing the 'spatial graph' of 3D proteins, predicting the molecular structure underpinning their folded configuration using deep learning.
