Tiger Global leads $31.5 Mn round in Quizizz

Student engagement platform Quizizz has raised $31.5 million as part of its ongoing Series B funding round led by Tiger Global. Existing investors Nexus Venture Partners, GSV Ventures and Eight Roads Ventures also joined the round along with new backers including Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang. This is the second funding for Quizizz in 2021. In March, the edtech company had scooped up $12.5 million in its Series A funding.
