Pine Labs raises $285 Mn in a fresh round at over $3 Bn valuation

Point-of-sale device company and merchant commerce platform Pine Labs has scooped up $285 million in a new round from Baron Capital Group, Duro Capital, Marshall Wace, Moore Strategic Ventures and Ward Ferry Management. Existing investors Temasek, Lone Pine Capital and Sunley House Capital also participated in the round. According to Pine Labs, the fresh proceeds will be utilised to further scale its merchant commerce.
