Phable kicks off Series A round with $6 Mn from Manipal Health and SOSV

Healthcare services platform Phable has kicked off its Series A round with fresh investments from Manipal Health Enterprises which operates Manipal group of hospitals and US-based accelerator SOSV. The Bengaluru-based startup has allotted 100 equity shares and 8,425 Series A preference shares at an issue price of Rs 51,246.13 per share to raise Rs 43 crore, regulatory filings show.
