Freshworks raises $150 million from Series H round, now valued at $3.5 billion

Freshworks announced that it has signed definitive agreements for a $150 million from Series H round of funding that was led by existing investors Sequoia Capital, CapitalG and Freshworks first investor Accel. The company's post-financing valuation is at $3.5 billion. The B2B SaaS unicorn will use the funding to further Freshworks' worldwide expansion and accelerate investments in its integrated SaaS platform.
