FirstCry’s Thrasio-Style GlobalBees bags $150 Mn Series A funding; eyes 30-40 D2C brand investments

FirstCry’s GlobalBees, a Thrasio-style venture which will look to invest and acquire online D2C businesses, has raised $150 Mn in a mix of equity and debt in a Series A led by the parent company FirstCry and some of the ecommerce unicorn’s investors. Besides this Venture Partners has also invested in GlobalBees in what is one of the largest Series A funding rounds in the Indian startup history.
