Edtech startup Teachmint acquires Teachmore

Teachmint in an official release said that it has acquired Teachmore in a cash and stock deal and that the Vadodara-based startup will continue to operate independently. Teachmint said that that the acquisition will allow it to expand its course-selling offering to help it’s community of teachers grow their business.
