Consumer focused startups coming up with cibil-like rating for users

A group of consumer-focused startups have come up with the idea to share data on user behavior to weed out the bad actors. For that, they are planning to introduce a cibil-like rating system that will use data on the offline behavior of users to assess them on their eligibility for a digital service. The co-founder of scooter-rental firm Bounce said that they have already started blacklisting the habitual offenders.
