Chennai startup Eywa enters the pharmaceutical industry in the United States

A tiny startup financed by Chennai-based Shriram Group and Eight Roads Ventures (of Fidelity Investments) believes it has found a market that has remained unseen by major pharmaceutical companies, as India's biggest drugmakers look to an uncertain future in the US. Eywa Pharma, based in Chennai and headquartered in New Jersey, is newly entering the US market. Eywa founders were a part of U.S. drug manufacturer Mylan.
