Airtel has bought a 10% stake in Gurgaon-based startup Voicezen, which directs on conversational artificial intelligence technologies. This purchase will give Airtel favoured access to Voicezen's technologies that can be stationed across its customer touchpoints in many languages. Voicezen has been developing advanced solutions that leverage machine learning, AI, speech to text & voice technologies to offer real-time analytics.
