PV Sindhu and Saina Nehwal are out of the ongoing French Open after losing their quarterfinal matches. Sindhu lost to World No.1 Tai Tzu Ying 21-16, 24-26, 21-17 in a thrilling last-8 encounter. Earlier, Saina's campaign ended after she lost to South Korean teenager An Se Young 22-20, 23-21. However, India's top-ranked men's doubles pair of Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty has made it to the semifinals.
