Players of German side Gladbach give up wages to help club

Borussia Moenchengladbach players are giving up their wages to help theGerman club’s financial situation amid the coronavirus pandemic, sporting director Max Eberl has announced. The coaching staff and boss Marco Rose have also offered their salaries. Gladbach will lose all its income from broadcasting, sponsorships and ticket sales during the outbreak as Bundesliga matches are suspended until at least April 2.
