Non-striker runs halfway down the pitch before the ball is delivered in an ECL match

In an encounter between the Punjab Lions Nicosia and the PAK I Care Badalona sides in the European Cricket League (ECL), an incident occurred where the non-striker ran more than halfway down the pitch, and the bowler stopped his runup and pulled out of the delivery.
