Ishant Sharma set to miss first part of IPL 2020

Ishant Sharma’s niggling ankle injury has left both BCCI and National Cricket Academy (NCA) head physio Ashish Kaushik in hot waters.The 31-year-old pacer is likely to miss the first part of IPL 2020 in case he needs to undergo rehabilitation at the NCA. Ishant had returned to the Indian team in New Zealand 72 hours ahead of the first Test and was the pick of the Indian bowlers taking a five-wicket haul in 23 overs.
