Rahul Dravid has suggested IPL teams should hire more Indian coaches and use their local knowledge for success. The current India U19 coach believes many IPL teams miss a trick by not roping in more domestic talent in the coaching segment and the talent scout area, even if it’s as assistants. It can be a piece of interesting advice for Delhi Daredevils & Kings XI Punjab who finished eighth and seventh last season.
