Indian football legend PK Banerjee critical, put on ventilator

Legendary Indian footballer PK Banerjee, who is suffering from a chest infection, has been put on ventilator and his condition is critical. The 83-year-old former India captain was rushed to a Kolkata private hospital on February 6 with a serious chest infection, and since then his condition has been fluctuating. Banerjee had led India in 1960 Rome Olympics where he scored the equalizer against France in a 1-1 draw.
