Double amputee Blake Leeper has appealed to participate at Tokyo Olympics despite being suspended from competing by World Athletics. Leeper with his prosthetic blades had qualified for 2019 World Championships but couldn’t compete as his case was reviewed then. He has now appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Leeper had missed 2016 Rio Paralympic Games due to drugs ban, after testing positive for cocaine.
