After India’s narrow victory over Bangladesh, Ian Chappell recalled how Virat once spoke to him about the reason for not playing any modern-day or fancy cricketing shots. Virat in that interview revealed how it may affect his Test cricket and thus, doesn’t prefer to play such shots. When we asked Virat about why don't you use some of the fancy shots, he said, 'I don't want them to creep into my Test game'.
