US gun violence: President Joe Biden asks Congress to raise minimum age for purchasing weapons from 18 to 21

In view of the recent incidents gun violence in the United States, President Joe Biden said that the US needs to raise the age to purchase them from 18 to 21. Making an impassioned plea to Congress to act on gun control on Thursday night in an address to the nation, President Biden said "We need to ban assault weapons. ... if we can`t, then we should raise the age to purchase them from 18 to 21.
