US accuses China of hacking coronavirus research

Hackers linked to China are trying to hack organisations researching the Covid-19 pandemic. FBI claims it has seen hacking attempts on US groups researching vaccines & treatments. Incidentally, US has long blamed the Chinese government of cyber-espionage, despite Beijing denying all allegations. The pandemic has worsened tensions between the two countries, accusing each other of failing to contain the outbreak.
