Upskirting- a Crime in England & Wales; Face 2 years of jail if guilty

Gina Martin, a victim of upskirting at the British Summertime Music festival, was shocked when police didn't prosecute as there was no law for such offense. She took it to FB that went viral, then filed an online petition which soon received 50000 signatures & govt passed the bill for the offense-taking pics under an individuals clothing intentionally to view without their knowledge, will be punished by 2 yrs of imprisonment.
