Ukraine International Airlines accuses Iran of irresponsibility

Ukraine International Airlines slammed Iran of its irresponsibility for not shutting down the airport after the Iranian attack on US forces. The Ukrainian airlines says its airliner took off as per the rules, there was no deviation from the route. So, the responsibility for this tragedy completely rests on the Iranian side. Iran has claimed the tragedy happened due to unintentional missile strike due to human error.
