Toolkits of terror groups are now internet and social media platforms: Jaishankar at UN Meet

India's EAMt S Jaishankar elaborated how the terrorism is using internet and social media platforms as their potential toolkit. In an address at a special meeting of the UN Security Council's Counter-Terrorism Committee (CTC), he pitched for concerted global efforts to stop possible misuse of new technologies, and cautioned that the social media platforms have turned into potent instruments in the "toolkit" of terror groups.
