U.S. President Joe Biden recently signed the $1 trillion infrastructure bill promoting both road safety and use of electric vehicles. As part of a nationwide White House tour promoting the law, Biden visited the General Motors Co electric vehicle assembly plant in Detroit. To promote the use of electric vehicles, President Joe Biden climbed behind the wheel of an electric Hummer SUV and sped off with a screeching of tyres.
